About LDP
Land Development Professionals, LLC (LDP), formerly The LandPlan Group, was established in 2005 after 15 years of experience in large, multitask-firms in the Atlanta area.
Our Survey team first began doing business in the Atlanta area in 1986, providing reliable residential and commercial survey services throughout the state of Georgia. Our Surveyor is registered in both Georgia and North Carolina.
We are Level II Design Professionals certified with the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission (GSWCC). Our firm is certified as 5.01 Land Surveying and 5.02 Engineering Surveying with Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT).
Leadership
Doug R. Sherrill, PLS, is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Land Development Professionals, LLC. He brings over 25 years of experience as a Survey engineer, project manager, and program manager.
Doug has been surveying since 1991, starting while he was in high school in Texarkana in his home state of Texas, as well as in Arkansas.
